The mechanism has a flat bar (1) supporting a locking lever (4) and a V-groove shaped opening provided at an end of the bar for guiding a steel wire rope (7). The opening is extended by a round bottom groove (3) for guiding and supporting the steel wire rope. The rope is moved towards the top part of the post by a rod part (10) of the locking lever which is actuated by a string or steel wire (11) fixed to a part of the lever. |
