PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain gathering and fastening implement, not slipping off from a curtain regardless of the state of a curtain fabric, and disposing a curtain gathered into a bundle at the center of a window with good appearance. SOLUTION: This curtain gathering and fastening implement includes a middle style part 2, a first vertical joint part 3 extended upward from one end part of the middle style part 2, and a second vertical joint part 4 extended downward from one end part or at least the other end part of the middle style part 2, wherein the first and second vertical joint parts 3, 4 are formed with first and second locking parts 5, 6 projecting so as to form curtain passing spaces 12, 14 at the upper part and the lower part of the middle style part 2 and engage with a curtain 10 passing through spaces 12, 14.
