PURPOSE:To prevent a failure in fuel cutting by a method wherein in case where the signal from a sensor input section designates that the fuel is still flowing even after a fuel cut signal is generated, the fuel cut signal is generated again. CONSTITUTION:When the number of pulses exceeds a predetermined value (in the shown example, N=32) within a counting time, a pulse counting section 4 generates an output voltage HI(T1) as shown in the drawing (PVOUT) and a valve drive section 8 generates a certain check valve drive pulse to a fuel cut section 9 through a monostable multivibrator at the leading edge of the voltage HI(T1). In this cae, a timer section 5 interrupts the counting of pulses through a NOR circuit 11. Thus, when the signal from the sensor input section 1 is generated, a signal T2 is transmitted to the valve drive section 8 from an AND circuit 7 and the fuel cut section 9 is driven. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a failure in cutting the fuel by the fuel cut section 9. |
