PURPOSE:To prevent foreign matter and modified polymers from flowing to a mouth piece, by arranging a small-sized filter downstream of a main filter and upstream of the mouth piece. CONSTITUTION:A small-sized filter 17 is arranged in a pipeline 14 downstream of a main filter 13. It is preferable that the position of the small-sized filter 17 is positioned upstream of a mouth piece 15. The small-sized filter 17 includes a filter casing 22 consisting of an upper block 19 and a lower block 21 and connected to the pipeline 14 and the mouth piece 15. The passage for a melted resin is first widened and then narrowed and is connected to a melted resin outflow port 20. The widened section is provided with a filter 23 of a wire net having fine meshes for rectifying the flow that is positioned upstream and a porous plate 24 for increasing pressure resistance that is positioned downstream.
