PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waterproof property by fitting in a U-shaped waterproof packing material along each outer periphery interior side recessed parts formed on the inside of each outer peripheral opposite face of cases facing each other. SOLUTION: A sound player includes: a waterproof case 11 which can be floated in warm water (or water) in a bathtub (or a water tank) 2 when being formed by separably assembling a plurality of cases 12 to 14 which are divided into at least two in a vertical direction, into one body by using a resin material and has spaces S for penetration of warm water (or water) formed between outer periphery opposite faces of cases facing each other; a speaker unit 15 which is attached in the waterproof case 11 and reproduces audio data; and a U-shaped waterproof packing material 40 which is fitted in along each outer periphery interior side recessed part formed on the inside of each outer periphery opposite face of cases facing each other out of the plurality of cases 12 to 14 and makes the waterproof case 11 watertight by a U-shaped part 40b which is formed like U toward a side facing the space S and is elastically displaced into close contact with the outer periphery interior side recessed part by a pressure of the warm water (or water) 3 penetrating from the space S.
