ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting device including an anode high in light transmittance, and facilitating adjustment of a work function, and thereby enhancing the degree of freedom of selection of a cathode. SOLUTION: This organic light emitting device is provided with: the anode 2 having a first layer 21 having a first metal oxide in which a second metal oxide differing from the first metal oxide is doped; the cathode 4 facing the anode; and an organic layer 3 including a luminescent layer 32 formed between the anode and the cathode.
