PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a preparation which is stable to light from a 5-HT<SB>3</SB>antagonist, particularly (±)-6-chloro-3,4-dihydro-4-methyl-3-oxo-N-3-quinuclidinyl-2H-1,4-benzoxazine-8-carboxamide or its derivative or its salt, being unstable to light.
