OPTICALLY AND ELETRICALLY WIRED MODULE DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURE METHOD

An optically and electrically wired module device is provided to realize mass production by simplifying a production process and minimizing a process error through a conventional process of manufacturing a PCB. In an optically and electrically wired module, the first rigid circuit substrate(200), the flexible printed circuit board(210) and the second rigid circuit substrate(220) are successively connected. The optical printed circuit board includes a light source(110) transmitting the optical signal, a transmission chip which is electrically connected to the light source and runs the light source and the optical detector(150) which photoelectrically transforms the received signal.
