The invention relates to the safety means, which are the components of hoisting systems and prevent from dropping the load in case of rope break. An equalizing friction device for safe cable hoisting systems contains a stock, along which brake friction shock-absorbing elements are installed, which are spring-loaded and tightened between them by adjusting screw connections. The stock is passed through openings of supports installed on a metal structure. In the initial position of the equalizing device between the ends of shock-absorbing elements, which contact with the surface of stock, and supports clearances are made for free displacement of stock at equalizing of lengths and tensions of ropes during operation of safe cable system. The brake friction shock-absorbing elements contacting with the surface of stock are made in the form of oppositely directed self-tightening wedges at their bases. The external inclines of wedges are in contact with internal inclines of guiding shoes. In the initial position of equalizing device between the bosses of wedges and the ends of guiding shoes the clearances are located. The cross section of stock has the form of a rhomb. The surface of the brake friction shock-absorbing elements contacting with the surface of stock are made in the form of wedge grooves. The technical result is in exclusion of the possibility of exceeding the calculated resistance to the stock displacement with retention of load by safe cable system in case of break of one of its two ropes. |
