In a game system (1), a mobile type game device (100) shares a game relating image file with a stationary type game device (200). The mobile type game device (100) and the stationary type game device (200) are connected with each other to enable them to transmit data by wire or wireless and the stationary type game device (200) is connected with an image file providing server (40) to hold an image file through a network (30). The stationary type game device (200) acquires the image file from the image file providing server (40) and the mobile type game device (100) acquires the image file from the stationary type game device (200), so that the image file is shared between the game devices.
