A system and a method for providing a remote learning service on a reservation time by using a terminal connected to the wired/wireless network are provided to enable a user to perform remote learning with desired learning contents on the reservation time by enabling the user to reserve sleeping and wakeup time through the terminal. A terminal(2) sets sleeping and wakeup time, and learning contents received on the wakeup time, and automatically plays the learning contents received through the network at the wakeup time. A network/service management server(6) authenticates a reserved learning service of the terminal connected through the wired/wireless network and manages two-way learning process by connecting to a contents providing server(10). The contents providing server provides the reserved learning contents to the terminal when the wakeup time is passed. An information database(12,14) stores the reserved learning contents and sleeping/wakeup time. A volume level of the learning contents is gradually decreased when the sleeping time is passed, and is gradually increased when the wakeup time is passed. |
