<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress shading resulting from fluctuation in a writing period in a display device having mobility compensation functions for each pixel. <P>SOLUTION: A transistor T1 for sampling is turned on between when a control pulse supplied from a scanner 4 for control to a scanning line WS falls and when it rises, samples signal potential from a signal line SL to write it in holding capacity C1, negatively feeds back drive current flowing in a transistor T2 for driving at that time to the holding capacity C1 and thus, applies compensation of the mobility of the transistor T2 for driving to the signal potential written in the holding capacity C1. The transistor T2 for driving flows drive current according to the compensated signal potential to emit light. A scanner 4 for control supplies the control pulse to the scanning line WS while rise and fall of the control pulse are dulled beforehand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
