SOLUTION: Since a push spring 6 energizes a driving member 11 in the first direction (the right direction) when a nut 2 exists in a first range (up to a neutral position from a present position) and energizes the driving member 11 in the second direction (the left direction) when the nut 2 exists in a second range (on the left from the neutral position), a driven member 11 is energized toward at least two stable positions, and when positioned in such two stable positions even when driving a screw shaft 1 by an electric motor, since the position can be held without supplying electric power to the electric motor, the energy can be saved.
