PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy as an environmental action, reduce influences on a heat island phenomenon caused by production of condensation heat accompanying dehumidification and emission of sensible heat with raising dehumidification, heat blocking and humidity conditioning functions in summer and further raise heating effect in winter. SOLUTION: A moisture absorbing/releasing material is used as a structural member, a heat insulation layer and an interior member. A combination and laminate of different moisture absorbing/releasing materials complementing and cooperating with one another are used for utilizing natural energy such as ground heat, radiation cooling and solar heat and midnight power to control (accelerate and restraining) absorption/release of moisture and phase change of water H2O to execute moisture content control, humidity control and energy transfer.
