PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and accurately detect fraudulent attempts committed by the artificial operation of the behavior of game balls. SOLUTION: A high-frequency oscillation part 101, a peak detection part 102 and an AC amplification part 103 measure the intensity of vibration impacts which is generated by a force applied from outside a pinball game machine in terms of a corresponding voltage. A reference voltage generation part 91 generates a reference voltage and a discrimination threshold setting circuit 106 sets a threshold corresponding to the reference voltage. A comparison part 105 compares the voltage corresponding to the intensity of the vibration impacts measured with the threshold and when the voltage is higher than the threshold, a fraudulence as caused by the application of the force from outside the pinball game machine is detected. A status managing part 31a acquires the game state of the pinball game machine and the main control part 31 controls to generate a frequency voltage being switched according to the acquired game state, thereby allowing the application of the invention for the fraudulence detection apparatus.
