The present invention relates to a mold structure for constructing a ship formed of composite materials wherein the mold is made by using heat shrinkable fabrics or films and square or round steel pipes, unlike a fixed wood mold made by using hard materials like wood FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) veneer sheets and plywood in conventional ships formed of composite materials, and to a method for manufacturing the same, such that the mold is made with beautiful lines and surfaces to provide excellent effects in the construction of high quality of ships, while the material costs, the personnel costs and the manufacturing time are greatly reduced.
