PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery cosmetic excellent in make-up durability, especially a powdery make-up cosmetic such as a foundation, make up base or the like. SOLUTION: This powdery cosmetic contains 5 to 50 mass% following component (A), and 1 to 30 mass% following component (B), wherein (A) is a treated powder by 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane äcompound (I)} and (B) is a hydroxyapatite powder or a compounded powder containing hydroxyapatite.
