PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FM transmitter device which attains small size and low power consumption, and obtains a high S/N ratio. SOLUTION: The FM transmitter has a sound signal processing compression 1 for performing logarithmic compression of a sound signal, a one-chip IC 4 for FM broadcast band transmission which is operated by receiving a reference clock with a modulated signal and a channel frequency set signal C from the sound signal processing compression 1 as respective inputs to transmit an FM high frequency, a SAW resonator 5 and a 700 MHz SAW oscillation circuit 6 constituting a local oscillator, a mixing circuit 7 for mixing a non-modulated high frequency from the oscillation circuit 6 with the FM high frequency from the one-chip IC 4 from FM broadcast band transmission to convert frequency, and a SAW filter 8 for eliminating an undesired frequency in a mixed wave from a mixing circuit 7 and extracting a high frequency component in 800 MHz band.
