A leakage testing system for a cryogenic valve is provided to reduce cost and time for leakage test by simultaneously performing internal and external leakage tests with one test device. A leakage testing system for a cryogenic valve comprises a test container(12) filled with cryogenic fluid to keep a test valve(10) in a cryogenic state, a test fluid tank(32) connected to an inlet of the test valve via a first line(30) to supply the test fluid into the valve, a flowmeter(36) connected to an outlet of the test valve via a second line(34) to check internal leakage of the valve, a sealing member(60) mounted around a pipe joint(18) of the test valve, and a vacuum pump(64) connected to the inside of the sealing member via a fourth line(62) which connects the flowmeter and the sealing member to check leakage of the pipe joint.
