<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing cake of centrifugal separated swarf is provided to expand reuse ratio of oil and easily treat and control the swarf by separating oil remained in the swarf and pressing the swarf discharged in fine powder type into cake shape using centrifugal principle and hydraulic compression unit. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus in which the grinding oil removed swarf is flown into a centrifugal separator by a conveyor belt so that the grinding oil is removed again after grinding oil is removed from swarf discharged from a grinding cabin by a filtration unit, the apparatus for manufacturing cake of the centrifugal separated swarf comprises a pressing part(40) for manufacturing swarf fallen into a pressing can(41) connected to the lower part of the centrifugal separator into a cake by pressing the swarf using an operating cylinder(43) installed at one side of the pressing can, wherein the pressing part comprises a cutoff plate(44) which is installed at the other side of the pressing can in such a way that the cutoff plate is ascended or descended by a hydraulic cylinder(45), the apparatus further comprises a swarf collector(16) comprising a cylinder that is connected to the centrifugal separator, and a body of revolution which is rotationally installed at the cylinder, on the inner surface of which an induction rotational blade(17a) is rotation radially installed, and which is connected to the pressing can, and the apparatus comprises a transfer part(30) comprising a transfer can(32) connected between the lower part of the body of revolution and the pressing can, and a screw(35) that is rotationally installed inside the transfer can.</p> |
