A task management system, a method thereof, a terminal therefor, and a recording medium thereof are provided to offer location-based task allocation information to a worker's terminal through an SMS(Short Message Service) message, thereby reducing an amount of data communication occurring when inquiring about whether an allocated task exists or when inquiring about information. A location information converter(230) stores local information and coordinates information matched with the local information, and generates coordinates values of a customer's residence information matched with the coordinates information. A message processor(220) generates a preset message based on the coordinates values and task allocation information, and transmits the message to terminals(100). A DB(240) stores customer information and the second task allocation information. A task manager(250) receives a task allocation request message including the task allocation information from a customer center(300), and searches the customer information based on the first telephone number or the first customer name to provide the residence information to the converter.
