A tritium-removing structure of a purifying canister for a breathing apparatus is provided to achieve an excellent insulation effect so as to store a relatively more amount of ice as long as possible, and an easy handling of the purifying canister, and to prevent a fine dust from being sucked from the outside. A tritium-removing structure of a purifying canister for a breathing apparatus includes: an inner vessel(5), having a connection unit(51) in its top to be connected to a connection hose of the breathing apparatus, and a bottom with many through-holes(52) so that the inner vessel stores ice(3) within; an outer vessel(6), having a water storage(61) which is extended by a determined distance from the bottom of the inner vessel; and a filter cap(7), having a lower band(71) in its lower part which is connected correspondingly to an outer circumference of the outer vessel, an upper band(72) in its upper part which is connected correspondingly to the connection of the inner vessel, and a dust-tight filter(73) which is made of a fiber material and connects the both bands with each other.
