PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the use of a mobile terminal based on a schedule of a service that can be utilized by an electronic ticket. SOLUTION: At the entering of a mobile terminal that functions as an electronic ticket, an entrance gate terminal transmits the information of a service that can be utilized by the electronic ticket received from the mobile terminal to the mobile terminal schedule. The mobile terminal sets a use regulation period on the basis of the schedule information, turns off a power source of a portion to be regulated and inhibits power-on operation by a user during the use regulation period. In the case that the user performs the power-on operation after the expiration of the use regulation period or an exit notification from an exit gate terminal is received, the mobile terminal powers on the portion to be regulated thereafter.
