PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize target tracking having higher reliability by removing a conventional error wherein, when having complicated tracks such as approaching tracks of a plurality of targets, there is strong possibility of acquisition of a wrong correlation result, to thereby generate wrong tracking. SOLUTION: In this multiple target tracking device, a hypothesis collation part 18 calculates similarity between a hypothesis group including a target track generated from position information of a target by a position information tracking processing part 4 and an angle track generated from position information of the target and discrimination information of the target by a target discrimination tracking processing part 13, and thereby selects a hypothesis included in the hypothesis group. Hereby, the possibility of acquisition of a wrong correlation result is reduced, and accurate correlation determination having higher reliability can be performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
