PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a short circuit occurs between the side parts close to each other of respective plate-like connection members 5a, 5b during lighting and lighting of a lamp 1 is started without sufficiently preheating a winding part 4a, an electron emitting substance 3a is excessively sputtered and excessively worn out, and consequently, a lamp service lifetime is shortened.
