FIELD: mining engineering, oil industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil industry. It raises equipment service life and wellhead sealing strength. Sealing unit consists of housing, main and auxiliary sealing element, press cap, ring press piston, hydraulic chamber, upper and lower spigots, assembly of housing and pump-compressor pipe. Housing consists of two adjoining chambers. Hydraulic chamber is designed as double-step hydraulic cylinder. Ring press piston is double-step. Main ring sealing element is adjusted above small step of ring press piston, and press spring is adjusted under major step in upper housing chamber. Brake bosses with conical press nut are adjusted radially between steps in hydraulic cylinder. Auxiliary ring sealing element, thrust washer and lower spigot are adjusted in lower housing chamber. Assembly of housing and pump-compressor pipe is designed as bellows with bolster and screw couplings. ^ EFFECT: rise of equipment service life and wellhead sealing strength. ^ 2 dwg |
