A waste disposal device comprising a container having a lid is provided. A cartridge movable by rollers can be provided. The device may have a rotation mechanism for rotating the rotatable cartridge. The cylindrically shaped device can have an inner wall and the cartridge may have an outer wall. The rotation mechanism may have at least two opposingly aligned movable rollers that extend between the inner and outer wall. The rollers can be engagingly configured to cause the cartridge to rotate upon activation of the rotation mechanism. An integrated cutting system for a waste disposal device is also provided comprising a waste storage receptacle and a film cutting and sealing device. A sensing mechanism for a waste disposal device is also provided. The sensing mechanism can delay rotation of the cartridge having flexible tubing therein. A mechanism for scoring flexible tubing is provided. The tubing is dispensed from a cartridge and is foldingly stacked therein. |
