<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily ink composition suitable for printing on a polyvinyl chloride base material and excellent in both preservation stability and jetting stability of an ink, and an inspection method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The oily ink composition for inkjet recording comprises as the main solvent at least a specific polyalkylene glycol dialkyl ether and contains at least a specific quinacridone pigment component, where the oily ink composition contains a component giving a peak at a retention time of 10.3 min in a concentration of at most 0.4 ppm when a measuring sample of the oily ink composition is analyzed under a specific measuring condition by the high-speed liquid chromatography. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
