The plant has a pump for evaporating and injecting water directly into a pressure combustion chamber (3), so that the dominating pressure sets in a closed system, where the pressure is reversely constant to the pressure combustion chamber during operation by the valves. The regular generation of water is provided in an energetically inferior steam by a steam turbine and current generator.
