A method for introduction of silicone oil after performing vitrectomy consists in fixation silicone marble with a volume of 4-6 mmon a syringe with silicone oil and introduction into the viteral cavity through a cut in the scler. After that the silicone marble is filled with silicone oil to the normal pressure, tied and fixed on the sclera, and the removing of silicone oil together with the silicone marble is carried out in a month. |
