PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chiller device capable of being stably operated over a wide temperature range, and controlling the temperature of a coolant with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In this chiller device for cooling or heating a load 29 of a refrigerant liquid circuit 2 by exchanging heat between a refrigerant of a refrigerating circuit 1 and the coolant of the refrigerant liquid circuit 2 by a heat exchanger 3, the refrigerating circuit 1 is constituted to allow the refrigerant from the heat exchanger 3 to be introduced to a compressor 11 to be compressed and then flow back to the heat exchanger 3 through a condenser 12 and an electronic expansion valve 13, an upstream side of the electronic expansion valve 13 and a downstream side of the heat exchanger 3 are connected, a first bypass circuit 14 is formed to introduce the refrigerant from the condenser 12 to the compressor 11 without passing through the electronic expansion valve 13 and the heat exchanger 3, and a temperature control valve 14a for adjusting a flow rate of the refrigerant of the first bypass circuit 14 is disposed in the first bypass circuit 14.
