PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion apparatus which can obtain a high quality image while suppressing generation of a false signal. SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion apparatus comprises a pixel array region 100, a constant current source region 200 having a plurality of constant current sources arranged to be connected to a plurality of column signal lines respectively, and a differential circuit region 300. The photoelectric conversion apparatus further comprises a first ground pattern 201 for the constant current source region 200, and a second ground pattern 301 for the differential circuit region 300. Inside of a region CA including the constant current source region 200 and the differential circuit region 300, the first ground pattern 201 and the second ground pattern 301 are separated from each other.
