PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal for remote monitoring and an attaching structure with which an antenna can be surely fixed without performing direct processing to a case or a case lid. SOLUTION: There are disclosed the radio terminal 5 for converting a measurement value of a measuring instrument contained in a case 1 with a lid made of resin into an electric signal to transmit it, and the attaching structure for attaching the antenna 7 inside the case, which has plate-like fixing metal fittings 9, 10, 11, 12 for individually attaching the radio terminal and the antenna at a state that they are made to be along the rear surface side of the lid. The radio terminal and the antenna are individually attached to the rear surface side of the lid without performing the processing to the lid by providing each fixing metal fittings with a holding part for individually holding the radio terminal and the antenna on the rear surface side of the lid, an engagement part to be engaged into a part of the lid and a tightening part for hardening an engagement state.
