摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Z-type ferrite sintered compact having high magnetic permeability at high frequency wave of about 1 GHz, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The hexagonal crystalline Z-type ferrite sintered compact has the degree of orientation (f) of &ge;0.8 given by f=(P-PO)/(1-PO) (where, P=&Sigma;I(001)/&Sigma;I(hkl) and PO expresses the value of P in non-orientation), when the integrated intensity sum of all diffraction peaks of the hexagonal Z-type ferrite is defined as &Sigma;I(hkl) and the integrated intensity sum of the diffraction peak of (001) plane is defined as &Sigma;I(001) in an X-ray diffraction pattern in 2&theta;=20-80&deg; measurement range and has 4.0-20.0 &mu;m average crystalline diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
