#CMT# #/CMT# The assembly has a pressurized aerosol type container (10) surmounted on a distribution part e.g. valve, equipped with an actuating rod (11) and a distribution device (20). The device actuates the part and passes product via a distribution orifice (23). The device is mounted on an assembling ferrule (30) in a usage position, in which the device is in fluid communication with the rod, and an intermediate position, in which the device is not in fluid communication with the rod. A cover (60) limits the tilting of the device at the ferrule when the device is in the intermediate position. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Assembly for conditioning and distributing cosmetic product e.g. hair dye (claimed), in the form of cream, gel, foam or spray. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The distribution device is not in fluid communication with the rod in the intermediate position, thus limiting the risk of untimely activation of the rod during assembling of the distribution device, and hence preventing the leakage of the product on assembling lines. The cover limits the tilting of the distribution device at the ferrule, thus correctly positioning the distribution device when the device passes from the intermediate position to the usage position, and limiting the risk of undesired activation of the rod during the storage of the assembly. The distribution device is easily assembled at the container.
