An organic light-emitting diode and a driving method of the same are provided to connect a plurality of data lines to one channel of a data driver by using a MUX(multiplexer). A pixel unit(100) includes a plurality of pixels which are defined by a plurality of data lines and a plurality of scan lines. A data driver(200) includes a channel for generating and outputting data signals. A MUX(multiplexer)(300) connects three data lines of the data lines to one channel, selects one of three data lines according to a control signal, and transmits the data signal to the selected data line. A scan driver(400) generates and outputs a scan signal. A reset signal transmission unit for transmitting a reset signal is connected to the channel of the data driver in order to apply the reset signal through the MUX unit to the data lines.
