PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform crime preventing operation against prizing when the prizing is detected by an obstacle detector. SOLUTION: A seat plate 2 is formed of an upper seat plate 7 and a lower seat plate 8. An operation arm unit 9 is brought into a detection state by the relative movement of the lower seat plate 7 to the upper seat plate 8. A tape switch 14 changeable by the detection state of the seat plate 2 is installed along a guide rail 6. In the fully closed state of a shutter curtain, the seat plate 2 is brought into contact with a floor surface, by the reason why the tape switch 14 is not installed at the portion facing the seat plate 2, detection avoidance means is provided.
