PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method for a hard tissue capable of evaluating precisely and quickly the hard tissue. SOLUTION: This evaluation method for the hard tissue determines an orientation direction of a crystal in the hard tissue and analyzes an orientation of the crystal in the orientation direction. The orientation direction is the maximum orientation direction of the crystal, out of the orientation directions in the hard tissue, in a preferable embodiment of the evaluation method for the hard tissue of the present invention.
