PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery device capable of easily delivering stacked paper sheets by restricting disorder of the paper sheets matched and stacked on a delivery rack. SOLUTION: The delivery device has an end fence 52 arranged on a downstream side in the paper sheet delivering direction A on the delivery rack loaded with the delivered paper sheets 20 after forming image so that a tip of the paper sheet abuts thereon, side fences 53 and 54 respectively arranged in the cross direction B of the delivery rack crossing the paper sheet delivering direction on the delivery rack, and support members 55 and 56 provided in the delivery rack 51 to support each of the side fences to turn to the standing condition and fallen condition. Correcting parts 59 and 60 for respectively raising side edges 20b and 20c of the paper sheet when each of the side fences are fallen are provided to be integrally turned with the side fences on a paper tip side of a lower part of the side fence supported by each of the support members.
