<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion secondary battery enhancing the battery capacity by increasing the active material ratio in a negative electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion secondary battery has the negative electrode using an amorphous carbon material as a negative active material, the amorphous carbon material has an average particle diameter measured by a laser diffraction scattering method of 7-20 μm, the ratio of the particles having a diameter measured by laser diffraction scattering method of 3 μm or less of 1-10%, and a conductivity giving material is not contained in the negative electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
