PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dysgeusia improver improving sustainability of undried feeling in the oral cavity of a xerostomia patient, ensuring very high safety, and facilitating administration. SOLUTION: The dysgeusia improver comprises a liquid preparation containing 0.1-0.4% (w/v) of hyaluronic acid having 500,000-1,200,000 weight average molecular weight or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. One or a combination of two or more, of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, and the like may be formulated therewith so as to have the nearly same properties as a normal human saliva.
