PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeler allowing a user to easily peel a food material and having a high disassembling washability and durability. SOLUTION: This peeler 10 includes a blade body 1, a yoke part 2 supporting both ends of the blade body 1, a handle part 3 retaining the yoke part 2 at its tip, a fixing means fixing the yoke part 2 and the handle part 3, and a fitting part and a fitted part capable of varying the fixing angle of the yoke part to the handle part 3 in the yoke part 2 and the handle part 3 respectively. Preferably, the fixing means is a fastening screw 4, and the fastening screw 4 is inserted into a through-hole formed at the tip of the handle 3, threadedly engaged with a screw hole formed in the yoke part 2 and fix the yoke part 2 with the handle part 3.
