PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation fluidized bed furnace capable of completely burning a treated object even if the treated object is sludge of a high water content and the like, by improving stirring/mixing performance in the radial direction of a fluidized bed. SOLUTION: This circulation fluidized bed furnace composed of a cylindrical riser 1, a high-temperature cyclone 2, and a downcomer 3 for returning a medium, and forming a fluidized bed 4 burning while mixing and fluidizing the treated object with a bed material by the primary air supplied from the bottom of the riser is provided with a secondary air supply nozzle 5a for supplying secondary air for stirring and mixing the bed material obliquely downward toward a concentrated portion of the fluidized bed, and a tertiary air supply nozzle 5b for supplying tertiary air in the direction of an opposed lattice shape toward a thin portion. Further a two-tower type heat exchanger composed of a first heat exchanger 8a for collecting the heat of secondary/tertiary air, and a second heat exchanger 8b for collecting the heat of the primary air is disposed at a latter part of the fluidized bed furnace.
