<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-ordering management system using a mobile phone owned by a user. <P>SOLUTION: A reservation receiving server 1 receives a reservation from the mobile phone 2, and it transmits a reservation ID, a menu, and application software to the mobile phone 2. In the mobile phone 2, an order is inputted by using the received reservation ID, menu, and application software, and transmission of the order is carried out by using a FeliCa communication function. Contactless IC medium reader-writers 2 are plurally installed in each store to receive order contents from the mobile phone 2, and transmit them to an order management server 4. The order management server 4 is installed in each store, and it receives the order from the mobile phone 2 through the plurality of contactless IC medium reader-writers 3. The order management server 4 transmits confirmation of the order, accounting information, or the like to the mobile phone 2 via E-mail.
