An electron emission display device having a cooling pan is provided to cool efficiently an image display panel by installing cooling fans in heat-radiating lines. An image display panel(320) includes a first substrate and a second substrate. A chassis member(310) is positioned on a rear surface of the image display panel. A plurality of lateral and longitudinal heat-radiating lines are formed at a constant interval on the chassis base. A plurality of cooling fans(330) are installed on predetermined regions of the heat-radiating lines. The first substrate emits an electron and includes at least one electron emission element. The second substrate displays an image by using a light emitted from the electron emission element.
