An air conditioner is provided to fix a packing guide element between a guide duct and a discharge part of a main body in close contact for closing a gap between the guide duct and the discharge part and guiding air discharge without leakage. An air conditioner includes a main body(100) having a heat exchanger and a fan inside, and a front panel(200) mounted at a front part of the main body and formed with a suction part and a discharge part(220) for discharging heat-exchanged air. A guide duct(300) guides the heat-exchanged air to the discharge part in the main body. A packing guide element(400) is mounted between the discharge part and the guide duct for closing a gap between the guide duct and the discharge part and guiding the air discharge.
