PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable urine collecting tool for pet securely absorbing and treating urine by laying adjacent of an urine excretory organ just before a dog starts urination in taking a walk of the dog. SOLUTION: The portable urine collecting tool 10 comprises a dish shaped container 12 and a handle 17 attached on the container with a predetermined length. The container 12 comprises an arrangement face 12a and peripheral wall 12b slightly elevated from the periphery of the arrangement face. A urine absorbing body 27 is arranged on the arrangement face 12a of the container 12 and the urine absorbing body 27 is easily exchanged by a holding means 31 which detachably holds the absorbing body 27 in the container 12.
