PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper punching device, a paper postprocessor and an image forming device capable of preventing the occurrence of a jam, while enhancing accuracy of a punching position to folded paper. SOLUTION: This device has skew correcting roller pairs 1 carrying paper, resist correcting means 23 and 30 correcting positional dislocation in the direction orthogonal to the paper carrying direction to the paper carried by the skew correcting roller pairs 1, a punch unit 100 punching the paper of correcting resist by the resist correcting means 23 and 30, and a control part 70 controlling the skew correcting roller pairs 1. The skew correcting roller pairs 1 can freely correct a skew of the paper. The control part 70 punches the paper after correcting only the resist to the paper by the resist correcting means 23 and 30 without correcting the skew of the paper when the carried paper is folded paper.
