PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus capable of adequately imparting or receiving a mold set to or from an insulation member. SOLUTION: The molding apparatus 10 is provided with an isolation chamber 28, a conveying mechanism 30 and a push-up pin 68. In the isolation chamber 28, the working areas 46, 48 and 50 for heating, press-molding and cooling, respectively and also an I/O (in-and-out) port 44 for carrying the mold set 14 in and out are arranged on a circular ring or linearly and are housed to be isolated from the atmosphere. The insulation member 62 receives the mold set 14 which is carried in the I/O port 44 from the outside of the chamber 28. The conveying mechanism 30 arranged in the chamber 28 is provided in order to convey the mold set 14 together with the insulation member 62 from the I/O port 44 through the working areas 46, 48 and 50 sequentially to return to the port 44. The push-up pin 68 is provided in such a state as to pass through the insulation member 62 in the I/O port 44 to be protrusible upward.
