PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail organizer dynamically prioritize e-mails based on contents. SOLUTION: The e-mail organizer is equipped with a syntax processor and a scorer. The syntax processor executes syntax analysis to a plurality of e-mail messages, and determines action time limits related to action items described in the e-mail messages. The scorer allocates prioritized scores to the e-mail messages based on the determined action time limits and the current date. The scorer further updates the prioritized scores to make adjustments to match the current date as the date progresses.
